These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Maine Freedom Academy website, family communication services, and SMS messaging program.

Maine Freedom Academy SMS Program

Maine Freedom Academy provides SMS communications to parents and guardians who voluntarily opt in through an enrollment form, family communication preferences form, or other disclosed consent process. The SMS program may send messages about enrollment and administrative confirmations; required reports and deadline reminders; school-year updates and family event information; requested support and family communication; and service, account, or record-related notices. Hermes may be used as an automated communications and support assistant for this program.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and voluntarily opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Maine Freedom Academy related to the categories described above. Consent is not a condition of enrollment, purchase, or use of Maine Freedom Academy services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact info@anotherdimension.solutions. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you later provide new consent.

Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on participating carriers, network availability, device compatibility, and other factors outside Maine Freedom Academy’s control.

Appropriate Use

You agree not to use the website, forms, SMS program, or Hermes to submit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content; attempt to access records, accounts, or information belonging to another person; interfere with the operation or security of Maine Freedom Academy systems; or use automated tools to overload, scrape, or abuse the service.

Families are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information. Maine Freedom Academy may rely on the phone number and contact details supplied by a parent or guardian unless notified of a change.

Automated Assistance

Hermes may provide automated responses, reminders, routing, or administrative support. Automated responses may not always be complete, current, or appropriate for every situation. Important enrollment, student-record, legal, or educational decisions should be confirmed with Maine Freedom Academy directly.
